To be able to share files between 1 or more systems, it is necessary to place the files in a Windows directory that is accessible for both EnvisionSCADA (file browser) and the other system.
The following instructions need to be done on all the systems.
After these instructions are done, EnvisionSCADA will be able to send files from one system to another via Python scripts.

1. Create a folder called EnvisionReports in the right directory root C:\ this folder has to be used also in the Envision reporting script.
2. Add sharing properties
3. Add permissions to this folder. Using the Everyone group is sufficient for testing, but restrict sharing to the appropriate user accounts for production.
4. IIS setup: In order to be able to reach the document for the file browser from the envision runtime, we need to set up a virtual directory in IIS
5. Give the virtual directory the name EnvisionReports and select the physical path.
6. If the Windows system does not have a password to login we need to change also the local security policy to allow connection without a password.
7. Now you will be able to view the file located in the C:/EnvisionReport/ directory in the Webframe Decorator via the following link: http(s)://Server/EnvisionReports/(OptionalFolder/)File.pdf
