Overview
Every configuration page and the Historian Viewer and Event Viewer present their records in a shared table. The table supports free-text search, per-column filtering, multi-column sorting, and column management, and it loads records in pages as you scroll.
On configuration pages you add a record with the Add button, which opens the add and edit window. You edit a value directly in a cell and the change is saved immediately. Each row also carries action buttons on the right, such as settings, duplicate, and delete, depending on the page.
Column layout choices such as which columns are visible, their order, and their widths are stored in the browser per table, so each table keeps your preferred layout between visits.
Toolbar
The toolbar above the table holds the record count and the main controls. The exact set of controls depends on the page.
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| Count | The number of records that match the current search and filters. |
| Add | Opens the add and edit window to create a new record. Not shown on the read-only viewers. |
| Import | Imports records from a CSV or JSON file, where the page supports import. |
| Export | Exports the current records to CSV or JSON. When rows are selected, only the selected rows are exported. |
| Delete | Deletes the selected records after a confirmation. |
| Search | Filters the table to records that contain the typed text in the searchable columns. Results update as you type. |
| Columns | Opens the column manager to show or hide, reorder, and reset columns. |
No rows match the filter.
Filtering
Each column header has a filter control next to its name. Open it to filter that column. Text columns match on the text you enter, number columns match an exact value, and boolean columns offer All, Yes, and No.
Active filters appear as chips below the toolbar. Select a chip to remove that filter. When more than one filter is active, a Clear All chip removes them all at once.
Search and column filters combine, so the table shows only the records that match the search text and every active filter.
Sorting
Select a column name to sort by that column. The first selection sorts ascending, the second sorts descending, and the third removes the sort.
Hold Shift while selecting additional column names to sort by more than one column. A small number on each sorted column shows the sort order.
Managing Columns
Select Columns to open the column manager. Use the checkboxes to show or hide columns, and drag an entry by its handle to change the column order. The actions column stays in place.
To change a column width, drag the divider on the right edge of the column header. Select Reset Columns in the column manager to restore the default visibility, order, and widths.
Narrow screens hide lower priority columns automatically so the most important columns stay visible.
Loading Records
The table loads a page of records at a time and loads the next page automatically as you scroll toward the end. The record count in the toolbar reflects the total number of matching records, not only the rows loaded so far.
Changing the search, a filter, or the sort reloads the table from the first page.
Historian Viewer and Event Viewer
The Historian Viewer and Event Viewer use the same table with search, filtering, sorting, and column management. They are read-only and add a date and time range control in the toolbar. Set the From and To values and select Apply to limit the records to that period.
The Event Viewer keeps a per-row Acknowledge action for unacknowledged events, and both viewers keep a Delete action where the account has the right to remove records.
